2010/2011 Enrollment 

You will need:

• copy of birth cerificate
• copy of immunization record
• copy of last report card
• $35 for activity fee or $85 for a family of three or more
• IEP, 504, or any other educational plan information
• Attend PSAS Parent Orientation and Tour
• Enrollment Package completed (available at Front Office)

The enrollment package will not be accepted unless all of the above items are present.

We open enrollment to our current students first.  Once that window closes, we open enrollment for everybody.  The process is first come, first serve.  As enrollment packages are accepted, the students' names are placed on class lists.  Once those lists are filled, then the waiting list begins.

Acceptance of new families is contingent upon parents/guardians attending one of the parent orientation and tour.  Call 586-6819 to reserve a date.
